The Taylor-Winfield Corp. maintains one of the most well-equipped development laboratories in the industries it serves.
This laboratory is
currently equipped with Induction Heating Generators from 1 kW to 100 kW in frequencies ranging from 10 KHz to 5 MHz and more. This laboratory is a big part of our expertise in designing fixtures and coils for
virtually all industries - Brazing, Crystal growing, heat treating and forging, and more. The lab is also equipped with the measuring and testing equipment required to assure the correct, most creative solutions
for our customers.
Also found in this lab are Resistance Welding machines from 2.5 KVA to 250 KVA. This equipment includes spot, projection, flash, multi-gun, low impedence, seam and inverter machines. The
lab is also stocked with the quality assurance monitoring equipment needed to bring innovative developments to customer applications.
