ENE, RWMA Size 1 gives you simplified versatility to meet your more complex welding needs. It allows you to switch from spot welding to projection welding with an absolute minimum of changeover time. Taylor-Winfield quality is reflected throughout. Units are constructed of the finest materials by highly skilled craftsmen. We maintain an extensive inventory of replacement parts to assure maximum operation. In-stock components can ship within 24 hours of order receipt.
Standard Features (Included in base price)
• A hardened and ground steel ram, guided by eight anti-friction rollers to insure positive alignment, minimize deflection and reduce friction.
Exceptionally low friction air cylinders, specify size: 6" - for 12" machines only 5" - for 12" and 18" machines 4" - for 12", 18" and 36" machines
• Spot welders available in 18, 24 and 36" throat depths. Projection welders: 12, 18 and 30"
• Three inch ram stroke
• Air pressure regulator gauge and force chart
• Speed control valves to control ram movement down and up
• Air exhaust muffler
• Four transformer sizes - 30, 50, 75 and 100 kva operating on either 230 or 460 volts, 60 hz not both
• Built in 8 step tap switch for 8 steps of transformer output adjustment
• Single stage foot switch
• Style #1 upper and lower T-slotted platens. Style #5 upper (2-1/2" dia) and lower (2-3/4" dia) solid round horns with electrodes and buttons.
• Lower horn brace (only on Style #5 welders of 24" spot throat depth or more)
• Built in adjustment for raising and lowering the knee.
• Hoses for cooling water exit at rear of frame for connecting to supply and drain
• Two instruction manuals
• Standard paint - Weather gray.
