One of our most rugged welders, the ERE, RWMA Size 2, gives you simplified versatility and dependability, allowing you to switch from spot to projection welding with an absolute minimum of changeover time. Standard Features (Included in Base Price) ERE Spot Projection Welders

• A hardened and ground steel ram, guided by eight antifriction rollers to ensure positive alignment, minimize deflection and reduce friction.
• Exceptionally low friction air cylinders: 8" Bore -for 12" mach-only • 7" Bore -for 12" & 18" mach-only • 6" Bore -For 12", 18" & 36" mach-only.
• Spot welders available in 18, 24 and 36 inch throat depths, Projection welders in 12, 18 and 30".
• Four inch ram stroke.
• Air pressure regulator gauge and force chart.
• Speed control valves to control ram movement down and up.
• Air exhaust muffler.
• Four transformer sizes - 75, 100, 150 and 200 kva operating on either 230 or 460 volts, 60 Hz (not both).
• Built-in 8 step tap switch.
• Single stage foot switch.
• Style #1 upper and lower T-slotted platens. Style #5 upper (2-3/4" dia) and lower (4" dia) solid round horns with electrodes and holders.
• Lower horn brace (Only on Style #5 welders of 36" spot throat depth or more).
• Hydraulic jack for raising and lowering the knee.
• Hoses for cooling water exit at rear of frame for connecting to supply and drain.
