Evolution 1, RWMA Size 1 gives you simplified versatility to meet your more complex welding needs. It allows you to switch from spot welding to projection welding with an absolute minimum of changeover time. Taylor-Winfield quality is reflected throughout. Standard Features (Included in Base Price)
Exceptionally low friction/non-lubricated air cylinders. 4" or 6" dia.
Spot welders available in 18" and 24" throat depths. Projection welders: 12" and 18" throat depths.
Five inch ram stroke.
Speed control valves to control ram movement down and up.
Air exhaust muffler.
Two transformer sizes - 50 and 100 kva operating on either 230 or 460 volts (not both), 60 Hz.
Dual palm buttons, non/repeat, non/tie down.
Style #1 upper and lower T-slotted 6" square platens.
Gravity ram drop with electrical interlock.
Airline filter with bowl trap and automatic drain.
4" air gauge calibrated in both lbs. PSI and KCSQ
Series-Parallel tap switch (Low-High ranges).
Water system with inlet and outlet manifolds, flow adjusting valves, with flow indicators.

Control operating voltage will be same as welder power supply unless otherwise specified. Solenoid valve voltage will be 115 volts
