1. Maximum welding force based on 80 psi in airlock. Specify desired force range when ordering.
2. Mounting holes on 27/811 centers.
3. Above weights include domestic crating. Add 450 lbs. for export crating. Weights and dimensions are approximate and include no electrical controls.

The EBT welder is compact in design, easily adapted to new and existing dry boxes or atmospheric chambers and tunnels. The sealing system at flange and table top increases the visibility around the work area; no rubber mask or seal is required at the ram.

The machine base requires little floor space. The head being of the "post design" increases the possibilities of routing parts through work tunnels and permits greater versatility in planning for aisleways. The welder frame is designed for ample clearance to permit routing of parts through work tunnels.

* Due to heavy power demand and large cables required, 230 volt supply for 75 and 100 KVA machine is not recommended.
** 1,200 Amp circuit breaker with 50,000 Amp interrupting capacity-trip rating 4,500 Amps.

OPERATING CONTROL VOLTAGE AND SOLENOID VALVE VOLTAGE will be 115 volts unless otherwise specified. INITIATION VOLTAGE will be 24 volts DC unless 115 volts AC is specified.
TRANSFORMER SECONDARY VOLTAGES and other electrical characteristics shown above will be furnished unless otherwise specified.
LEADS FOR WELDING POWER supply are provided within the welder frame so that power connections can be made at customer's convenience. Taylor-Winfield recommends the above indicated fusible line disconnect switches and cable sizes, but customer should check local, city and state electrical code requirements.
