Foot Operation
Foot operated ND welders are available in 30 and 50 kva, and up to 367quot; throat depths.

Mechanical features are similar to those described herein for air-operated welders.

These welders are operated by a low-fatigue foot actuated lever system which develops consistent weld force through an adjustable compression spring. A simple initiating circuit is used to control the weld timer and will stop current flow should the operator release weld pressure prematurely.

STANDARD UPPER HORNS AND LOWER UNIVERSAL HORNS OR 90 END OF UNIVERSAL HORNS

A. Standard Throat Depths such as 12, 24, and 36 inches.

B. 5.561 minimum Horn Spacing.

C. 13" maximum Horn Spacing (13.51" spacing on 90 end) with bottom horn clamp lowered and in upright position.

D. 16.12" maximum Horn Spacing by inverting lower horn clamp and using special electrode holder.
