Taylor-Winfield Technologies Names Alex Tadla President
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio, (October 12, 2026): Taylor-Winfield Technologies, Inc. has named Alex Tadla, PE, president. A lifelong resident of Poland, Ohio, Tadla brings over 12 years of experience in the industrial equipment sector, progressing from engineering into executive leadership with a track record of driving operational performance and business growth. In his new role, he is responsible for all TWT operations, including capital equipment, field service, and aftermarket support.
Before joining Taylor-Winfield Technologies, Tadla served as Regional President for Flatiron Crane Operating Company, overseeing a multi-state industrial equipment and services business. Throughout his career, he has held progressively senior leadership positions with responsibility for operations, sales, financial performance, and strategic growth. His experience includes leading multi-location operations, improving financial and operational performance, and building strong organizations through a focus on people, culture, and disciplined processes.
Tadla is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, where his studies focused on structural analysis.
